Building a Pan-European Innovation Ecosystem
The TRIANGLE consortium consists of three Higher Education Institutions and three innovative SMEs from Albania, Cyprus, Greece, and Spain. Together, we bring complementary strengths in innovation, research, and education, underpinned by a shared commitment to collaboration, knowledge exchange, and achieving transformative outcomes across Europe.
Our partners exemplify the coordinated integration of the Knowledge Triangle by fostering co-creation between educational institutions, research experts, and business stakeholders to develop actionable solutions for global challenges in health, sustainability, digitalization, and social justice.

🎓 Barleti University (UniBa)
Location: Tirana, Albania | Type: Higher Education Institution
Barleti University (UniBa) is a private higher education institution in Albania that uses the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and operates in complete accordance with the Bologna Process. UniBa pursues collaboration with local, regional, and western universities in strategically important fields like finance, law, business management, tourism, social and political science, education, sports, IT, architecture and design.
The internationalization process is aided by the mobility of students enrolled in bachelor's and master's programs as well as the exchange of faculty and administrative personnel. UniBa's programs, with their practical and entrepreneurial nature, are centered around equipping students with a competitive workforce.

🎓 American University of Beirut - Mediterraneo (AUBM)

🚀 S2 Xpeed (S2X)
Location: Barcelona, Spain | Type: SME / Innovation Hub
S2 Xpeed (S2X) is a private entity based in Barcelona focused on advancing European Industrial Tech startups, particularly those emerging from academia. We support entrepreneurs in med tech, Industry 4.0, clean tech, agro & food tech, and space tech, guiding them through manufacturing readiness, market validation, and international expansion.
Leveraging an extensive network of universities, tech centres, corporations, investors, and mentors, we help over 200 startups refine their value propositions and international strategies. As a recent yet prominent player in the European Industrial Tech ecosystem, S2 Xpeed has contributed to the European Project X2.0 and is an EIC Ecosystem Partner.

💻 Novelcore (NVCR)

Novelcore is an innovative company specializing in the programming and design of information systems. The team consists of full-time experts in ICT, including researchers, developers, project managers, and administrative professionals. The company develops AI-driven solutions that encompass knowledge discovery mechanisms, semantic data analysis, knowledge graphs, natural language processing (NLP), and decision support systems supported by explainable AI-based (XAI) pipelines.
These technologies enable us to create innovative applications that optimize decision-making processes, improve data management, and deliver interpretable solutions that foster trust and transparency. The company participates in R&D projects that address challenges in diverse critical sectors, including Earth Observations, Education, Health, Democracy, AI Ethics, and Security.

🌍 Center for Social Innovation (CSI)
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus | Type: SME / Social Innovation
CSI's purpose is to systematically and systemically have an impact on the social fabric of our society to allow, encourage and facilitate a better quality of life for as many people as possible. Focusing on developing and introducing disruptive solutions to systemic social, education and economic problems.
They are a team of professionals with over 50 years of collective experiences in the fields of Education, System Rationalization, Information & Communications Technologies, Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation, Global Health Process, Business Forensic Intervention, Youth Development & Motivation, and Resource Realignment with Goals and Objectives. They bring all these experiences to support the identification of systemic problems and to the development and implementation of smart and sustainable solutions.
